  'Practice restaurant' would be the best way to describe this establishment. Mostly young/inexperienced servers who seem more fitted to be cashiers than wait staff. Have experienced odd, unexplained charges on my bill, which the inexperienced servers always play the role of embarrassed middle man between you and the manager on-shift to resolve. Have to ask to receive the complimentary bread, or we will have to due without. Service is usually slow, and of course the 16 year old serving you doesn't know their 'craft beer draft list' that is heavily advertised (which is not printed either). Incomplete-truth advertising is common -- such as their happy hour special that simply lists "$2 draft beers" but the servers will then inform you is limited to 4 or 5 of the 10+ beers on tap. Food is a small step above the cafeteria, with a rather large step in price. The only real way I can justify eating here is when we are too hungry to wait to cook something we get at the grocery store and there is a special that brings the price to be similar to what it would be at the cafeteria.
